Still hilarious that the best player to ever play the game isn't in the hall of fame. It's impossible to take hall of fame voting seriously at this point.

Then I'd go Pedro, Sheff, Smoltz, Biggio, Pizza, Bonds, Bagwell, Schilling, Sosa

You're putting in Sosa but not McGwire? Interesting. They'd both get in before Craig Biggio for me. Otherwise I pretty much agree, with the exception of removing Sheffield and replacing him with Clemens.

Otherwise I pretty much agree, with the exception of removing Sheffield and replacing him with Clemens. I only had 10 votes and Sosa/McGwire/Clemens was the choice for #10. Sosa has more HRs then Mac and Clemens is an alleged pedo. If I had infinite votes all 3 would be in

I only see Pedro, Unit & Biggio getting in this year. Smoltz and Piazza likely on next ballot.

Clemens got more votes than Bonds. Can anyone think of a single reason for that?
Also unless your reason for not voting for Pedro or RJ is that your ballot was crowded and you knew they were getting in anyways, then you should be banned from even watching baseball again.
The hall of fame will continue being a joke until writers are held accountable for being morons or the voting system is completely overhauled.

Amazing that of the big three shortstops a decade or so ago, Nomar ended up as 5.5 of the vote for his career. Jeter will get in and ARod will remain in ballot purgatory with the rest of the you know who's. Nice group of four that got in. Is Biggio the new Bruce Sutter inductee, though?
