Also, is there a douchier looking douche out there than Eric Hosmer? I cannot stand that guy. Yes, Hunter Pence. But I don't hold his douchey looks against him.

Game 7 coming up! If KC can win with Jeremy Guthrie as the starter (again!) it will be amazing

I swear Pence looks like he's always riding a bicycle with square wheels.

I'll be feigning indifference and rooting silently for KC next to my Berkeley wife.

Actually wouldn't mind seeing SF win now, just because I give Bochy credit for handling Bumgarner masterfully.
I remember when Charlie Manuel completely effed up the handling of Cliff Lee when Philly lost to NY in '09. Total moron that they waited until game 5 to pitch him the second time. This is the opposite of that.

Yes, Hunter Pence. But I don't hold his douchey looks against him. Hunter Pence is the opposite of douche. He seems like a decent enough of a guy, but he certainly looks like as big of a douche as Hosmer. Hosmer looks like the kind of douche that stuffed kids into their lockers in high school then brag about how he slept with the varsity cheerleader even though he hadn't. Pence looks like the kind of douche that would sell someone a dimebag of oregano and then make fun of the person for not knowing really good shit when they smoked it. They both look like douches, Pence is just more your kind of douche.

Bumgarner absolutely insane. No player has ever won a World Series more single-handedly.

Bumgarner absolutely insane. No player has ever won a World Series more single-handedly. Randy Johnson, 2001 IP 17.1 K 19 ER 2 Bumgarner, 2014 IP 21 K 17 ER 1 I didn't expect the IP gap to be so dramatic, but I guess that's basically the difference in their final RP appearances.

Two big differences between Randy and Madison Randy also had Schilling to help out, Madison had Peavy. Big edge to Madison Schilling was almost as insane as those two were that World Series. 21.1 IP 4 ER 26K Madison faced the Royals, Randy faced the Yankees. Hugh edge to Randy Both were those types of performances that we all will remember when we are old and grey.
