Last year many of you praised Tyson Ross as A guy that put it all together in the last half of the previous season. In 2013 the Cafe projected Homer Bailey to breakout.
So what do you say, FBC? Who's the mid-late round SP to target this year?

I will go out on a limb and mention TJ House. Being in Houston and not getting in a full season puts him under the radar despite a lot of K's getting thrown. Definitely a good late rounder that might put it together this year. I think the Houston rotation has enough room for him to see what he does.

If yusmiero petit finds his way into the rotation (and with Lincecum as his competition, that seems likely), he could fit this mold. Ridiculous k and bb rates over 100 ip bouncing between starting and relieving. I watched him pitch a lot last year and the guy is legit. Great command and very good off speed stuff.

Petit's stats leave me baffled. Everything says he will be awesome yet I don't really trust him. Although he's probably going at a very draftable spot and will return a great value.
House looks good (in Cleveland).
Has Danny Salazar fallen enough that he is a post hype sleeper now? I know he was really pumped last year but many didn't have kind words after his awful first half.
Jesse Hahn - I trust Billy finding good pitchers in that ballpark.

Mike Fiers is someone I like and looks to be going in the mid/late rounds. If he can keep the BB/9 down, has good k/9 numbers throughout the minors.

A candidate I keep looking at...
Matt Shoemaker -- I love guys who don't walk batters. Love them. He's been very good in the pen and rotation, and should be in the 2015 rotation with relative ease I would think, in Anaheim.
