so usually I'm on the other end of prospect trades but I have 3 good/great closers (start 2) if you count Betances/Miller (own both). My MLB roster is a little clogged up with veterans.
My thinking is to trade Betances because: a) I can't start him b) he has an injury flag (risk) c) closers are risky and overvalued d) Betances isn't even for sure the closer e) Severino is the type of prospect that can be spun off for something that I need

Do you think Severino or Betances is a better trading chip in your league? Prospects are great but some may view Betances as the main guy in New York. Whoever you think is a better trade piece, get/keep that player to trade.

Betances might have more value if he is the closer but he's only tradeable to a few teams (competitive teams that need a closer). Severino has bigger value to every team so I would have to trade a closer for a prospect before making another move.

I think Betances has more value. As far as trading. I'd try and sell him for more than Severino

I decided to wait until the Yankees to name a closer to trade either Miller/Betances. Whoever is the closer could be top 5 in the majors due to all of the K's.
And the owner surprisingly decided to bail out on the league the next day.
New deal from another team. Cargo (mine) for Samardzija plus potential small bits. Starters rule in this league and I have too many OF'ers and 1B man.
