12 team, 7x7 (holds, k/bb, slg%, obp are the extra cats). I have until late January, but I wanted to begin looking at this now to give enough time for trades.
Every team must keep 15 players. You can keep an additional 2 players that have graduated from your minors. Keeping a 16th and 17th player forfeits your 1st and 2nd pick in the draft. I finished 2nd, so it would be the 11th and 14th picks respectively. I would also lose my 4th and 5th round picks in the minor league draft. Graduated players will have a *** after them below. Graduates kept in the teams top 15 players do not cost picks.
I am leaning toward the guys in the lineup with the bench players getting waived. I could choose to keep the graduates on top of the starting 15

My minor leagues are kind of stacked. I can keep all ten guys with no penalty. Dropping a player earns me another pick in the draft. So If I keep a graduate from above I lose my 5th pick. But if I drop one of these guys I get another one back. Should I drop any of these guys? Crick and Tapia would be the only ones to consider, IMO. I've soured on Crick slightly, but love Tapia's upside at Coors.
