Cano a little lower this year, probably top 15. I'd probably swap Bautista and Tulo, depends on health. Harvey I have lower for now but he could easily end up there at end of season. I wouldn't risk drafting him that early though (although I probably wouldn't end up with any of these guys).

As does Darvish. I would move them both down that list. I'm of the belief that you can't win the league in the first couple of rounds but you can lose it by getting a couple of busts (due to injury in their cases).

As a diehard Cards fan, I am sad to say that I agree on dropping Wainwright. There were too many times when he got by, or didn't, on guts alone last year. That arm just isn't 100% and it won't be ever again I'm afraid. He's still a great pitcher but he is just not worth the risk anywhere near the top 10.
