Most people like to try new music. tell us about the stuff you've been sticking in your ear hole.

When I see this thread, and think about music in general, I know I've become an 'old guy'. In my car I listen to talk radio, be it Howard Stern or WFAN (Boomer & Carton on my morning commute, and Mike Francesa on my afternoon commute). I can't remember the last time I heard an actual song in my car. It's saddening. Otherwise I listen to podcasts like KFC Radio or Mailtime. The only time I really might listen to music is when I'm mowing my lawn, in which case I listen to 90's Hip Hop Radio or Nas Radio on Pandora. The few sentences I just typed make me sad.

The last 12 months I've got into Crosby Stills and Nash (I love Suite: Judy Blue Eyes and Ohio), some of the more psychedelic Beatles stuff, a bit of ABBA (my guilty pleasure) and the Eagles.
I explored The Greatful Dead briefly and found nothing I liked, am maybe going to explore Jefferson Airplane as I am quite fond of Volunteers.

The worst part is, despite me typing "the few sentences I just typed make me sad", that's a bold faced lie and they don't. Not even a little bit. I'm so content listening to sports talk radio and podcasts. I've never been happier.

When I'm in the car I'm also a sports talk radio guy. On the train to work though it's Otis Redding, Wilson Picket, Ray Charles, Sam & Dave etc.

Tried one of their albums on youtube, meh It did link me to this though:

For new stuff, I'm enjoying St. Paul and the Broken Bones.
