Our league keeps 4 hitters and 2 pitchers
My options for hitters are
Abreu "yes" E. Encarnacion "yes"
other options are
N. Cruz D. Ortiz G. Springer J. Solar B. Posey M. Bettis
Starting Pitching options are
Z. Greinke "yes"
T. Ross Y. Ventura
Thanks for the help.

Ross for the pitcher. Normally I'd go with Ortiz for one of the bats, but starting with 1B may not be the best way to go. Springer and I guess Posey, although I'm not a fan of keeping a C either. Soler/Bettis might be too risky though depending on league size.

I say Posey for sure, he is elite above all other catchers not named LuCroy. For the 2nd, I may go Springer, if you can keep these players for more than just the current season, then yes for sure.
SP...Ross for sure. Petco always helps and the Padres are actually starting to resemble a team.
I could use your opinion on my recent post. Stanton/Gordon trade.

If you need to pick just one stick and its keeper than Springer/Ross

Is there any cost for keepers, or just keep your best 4 hitters and best 2 pitchers regardless of round/price?
