So here is the idea for the blog. I have an overview of the offseason moves and 5 experts (you can exaggerate your abilities) give their take on the offseason and direction that the A's headed.
Here is my really rough draft of the overview. I will expand the opening paragraph later this week. I'm hoping to find 4 more (I'm an expert damnit) to write a few paragraphs of their thoughts.
We won't do every team since these are a fairly large task but I'm thinking about 5-10. Other possible ones are Red Sox, Yankees, Braves, marlins, Rays (the decline?), Cubs, Royals (post WS hangover), Dodgers and anyone else that has made several big moves.

What are the Athletics thinking?
This is perhaps the most active offseason in recent memory with several teams completely overhauling their roster. No teams have been as active as the A’s and the Padres. We will discuss the Padres next week but is there a method to the madness of Billy Beane? Are they rebuilding, retooling or going for it? Can they be competitive this year? Is Beane even finished or are there more surprises? Is Billy Beane as infallible as the latest articles are alluding to?
A summary of the moves
Signed FA Billy Butler 3/30M
Traded Int’l Bonus Slot for Ike Davis
Traded Jeff Samardzija and Michel Ynoa for Marcus Semien, Chris Bassett, Rangel Ravelo and Josh Phegley
Traded Brandon Moss for Tom Wendle
Traded Josh Donaldson for Brett Lawrie, Franklin Barreto, Sean Nolin and Kendall Graveman
Traded Derek Norris for Jesse Hahn
Traded John Jaso, Daniel Robertson and Boog Powell for Ben Zobrist and Yunel Escobar
This part will be done in a table
