I have no problem paying for the hosting or technology. The main question if we can find a group of 10-20 folks who will actively post, moderate and suggest improvements. I can setup a very solid forum in a day. But if nobody posts there, any effort won't make any sense. There won't be anything more than what we have now and not more activity than now. In fact some that are posting now might not make the effort to switch to another forum. What are the real advantages to a different forum?

Much better and stable software. Reliable domain.
But if folks are not interested that's fine. We will go to RotoWorld I guess.

People will go (or already have gone) to rotoworld. It doesn't matter if you change the forum location this is what is left of the old FBC. This is the activity level that you will get if you set up a new forum. Actually you will probably get less since some won't bother to switch a second time.

For that, we need writers and a schedule. I certainly don't have the time to put out content every day.

first time seeing this new forum. maybe that shows how much I've been checking the old forum.
is this the colour that will be staying? the bright white with orange text seems awfully bright.

Nothing is set in stone. If people are having trouble reading the orange on white I don't mind switching it up.
